The Process

CNPC Presented to the Chinnor Parish Council on the 5th January 2017 The Draft CNP, for Approval and onward submission to SODC.

The two documents below are now available for Residents to view.  Onward submission to SODC is planned for 25th January 2017.  SODC will then advise Residents of the Chinnor Boundary Area where they will be able to comment on the Plan during the 6 week Consultation Period.  It is anticipated that at least 2 paper copies of the Plan will be available to Residents and notification of where to find these will follow, however, 1, will no doubt be placed in the Library.

Once the Consultation Period is complete, analysed, it is anticipated the the necessary Referendum on the Plan will be held in early May 2017 calling all Residents to vote on whether the Chinnor Boundary Area should have a Neighbourhood Plan or Not.
